Returnable Items
- Unopened sealed vials in original packaging — within 14 days of delivery
- Damaged or broken vials documented with photo evidence — within 48 hours
- Wrong items shipped (our error) — within 14 days, no cost to you
- Items that fail incoming QC with documented HPLC counter-analysis — within 30 days
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, pierced, or reconstituted vials
- Bundles and stacks (once any component is opened)
- Bacteriostatic water once seal is broken
- Custom or special-order compounds
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@vialpeplab.com with order number and reason
- We respond within 24 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship the product back via tracked mail
- Refund processed within 5 business days after inspection
Refund Methods
- Cryptocurrency: refund in same crypto at current exchange rate
- Bank wire / ACH: refund within 3–5 business days
- Zelle / CashApp: refund within 24 hours
Damaged in Transit
Photograph the package BEFORE opening. Email photos to support@vialpeplab.com within 48 hours. We replace damaged items at our cost.
Quality Disputes
We accept independent third-party HPLC counter-analysis from accredited labs. If your counter-analysis confirms the product is below 99% purity, we issue a full refund plus reimbursement of counter-analysis cost (up to $200).
Restocking Fee
No fee for damaged items, our errors, or QC failures. 10% restocking fee for buyer's remorse returns and cancellations after shipment.
