Legal & Regulatory
Are research peptides legal in the US and Canada?
Yes — research peptides are legal to sell and purchase in both the US and Canada when sold strictly for laboratory and educational research, not for human or veterinary use. They are not approved drugs and may not be used in or on humans or animals.
Do I need a license to purchase?
For most products in our catalog, no license is required. Some products marked "RESTRICTED" require verification of institutional affiliation.
Are these the same as FDA-approved drugs?
No. Research peptides sold here are not FDA-approved drugs. They are chemicals used for in-vitro and analytical research only.
Quality & COA
Do I receive a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — every order ships with a batch-specific COA. The COA shows HPLC purity percentage, LC-MS identity confirmation, batch number, synthesis date, and manufacturer ID. You can also browse COAs in advance at the COA Library.
What does ≥99% purity mean?
By HPLC, the target peptide accounts for at least 99.0% of the area under the curve. The remaining ≤1% consists of synthesis-related impurities.
How is identity confirmed?
By LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry). The observed molecular mass is compared against the theoretical mass within ±0.5 Da.
Do you test for endotoxins?
Yes — endotoxin testing is performed on all batches via the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day via UPS/FedEx Express. US: 1–3 business days. Canada: 2–5 business days.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All packages ship in plain outer packaging with no branding or product references.
What about temperature-sensitive compounds?
Insulated boxes with gel packs are automatically added for temperature-sensitive shipments. The cold chain holds 2–8 °C for 48–72 hours during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship only to addresses in the US and Canada.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), domestic bank wires, ACH/eCheck (for verified institutional buyers), and Zelle/CashApp for US orders under $1,000.
Is cryptocurrency safe?
Yes — crypto payments are processed through standard blockchain confirmations. We provide wallet addresses at checkout.
Do you offer net terms for labs?
Yes — verified academic and corporate research labs can apply for Net-30 terms after a credit review. Email support@vialpeplab.com to start.
Storage & Handling
How should I store peptides?
Lyophilized: -20 °C, sealed, protected from light. Reconstituted: +2 to +8 °C. Full protocol at Storage & Reconstitution.
How do I reconstitute a lyophilized vial?
Use bacteriostatic water. Slowly add 1–3 mL along the inside wall. Swirl gently — do not shake. Allow 30–60 seconds for full dissolution.
What's the shelf life after opening?
Lyophilized: stable indefinitely if returned to -20 °C immediately. Reconstituted: 14–28 days at 2–8 °C.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Photograph the package and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace damaged or incorrect items at our cost.
